Adult Immediate Family Membership is available only to qualifying immediate family members of a Full Member.
Junior applicants must have a parent or legal guardian accept the Parent / Guardian Agreement.
Payment does not guarantee final approval.
Missing, expired, or invalid information may result in a request for correction or membership revocation and refund.
